Short Description:

SF-A792 is a bifunctional silane with active amino group and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxy silicon group. Due to its reactive dual nature, it is able to organically bond together inorganic materials (such as glass, metal, filler) and organic polymers (such as thermoplastics, thermoset plastics or elastomers). It is used as a tackifier, surface modifier at organic/inorganic interfaces (corrosion prevention, primer) or as a silicone polymer or crosslinker (water crosslinked polymer).

The application of SF-A792 as a coupling agent in mechanical and electrical products can greatly improve the water resistance, corrosion resistance and electrical properties (such as volume resistivity, dielectric constant) of the products.

SF-A792 is a colorless to light yellow liquid with a special ammonia taste. It is soluble in solvents such as alcohols, chain hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons.
