WXDIC 153-B epoxy resin is a high bromine flame retardant solid epoxy resin, it has excellent flame retardant properties, suitable for semiconductor molding compounds, liquid molding compounds and packaging

materials.153-B can accelerate the curing of phenolic resin, dicyandiamide derivative, various anhydride or saturated fatty acid polyester resin, its solution can be used to produce electronic laminate, and can also be used as a powder coating to improve the flame retardant performance.
