0164 epoxy resin is A bisphenol A type of liquid epoxy resin produced by the reaction of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A.

Introduction

0164 epoxy resin is one of the most widely used universal liquid epoxy resin, based on which a variety of epoxy resin products can be developed.

The liquid resin can be used at room temperature with a variety of curing agents, the most commonly used for aliphatic polyamines, polyamides, alicyclic amines and a variety of modified amines.By curing the resin at high temperatures, certain properties such as chemical resistance and glass transition temperature can be improved.If anhydride or catalytic hardeners are used, high temperature curing is required and a long post curing period is required for optimum performance.

Packaging and storage

0164 liquid epoxy resin will be supplied in sealed iron drums, in bulk or as agreed by both parties.This low molecular weight liquid epoxy resin should be stored in its original sealed package in a dry place at a temperature of 10-40(minimum storage temperature should not be less than 2).Storage should be far away from high temperature fire, avoid sunlight.Under the above conditions, the epoxy resin shall maintain its chemical properties for at least 24 months from the date of manufacture.

Under certain conditions, such as storage temperature below 2, 0164 epoxy resin may crystallize.The crystallization of resin is only a physical change and does not change its chemical properties.If there is crystallization, the resin can be heated to 70-80, and through stirring, so that the resin to restore the original character.
