NPPN-631 is a phenolic epoxy resin, featuring a thermally resistant backbone with benzene rings and multiple functional epoxy groups. It has a high bridging density and due to its structural characteristics, it allows for a wide range of processing conditions. Compared to NPPN-638S, it has a lower viscosity. NPPN-631 can be cured with polyurethane, phenolic, polyester resins or different acid anhydrides as hardeners to produce high-performance circuit board substrates (prepreg) or composite materials. The produced substrates have high Tg values, excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance.
